About PayGram

We're building India's most trusted rural digital ecosystem — connecting half a million village-level retailers to the services, markets and technology rural India needs.

Our Story

One counter, built for how villages actually work

PayGram started with a simple observation: rural India doesn't lack demand for financial services, healthcare, agriculture support or e-commerce — it lacks a single, trusted place to access all of them. Every village already has someone people trust: the local shopkeeper, the counter everyone walks past on their way to the fields.

We built PayGram around that person. Instead of asking rural India to download eight different apps for eight different needs, we turned one counter into the front door for all of them — commerce, banking, agriculture, healthcare, skilling and more, run by a trained local partner and backed by one shared digital ledger.

Today, that same model runs across thousands of villages — one network, one ledger, and a growing list of services that meet people where they already are.

What Drives Us

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To make every essential service — financial, agricultural, medical or commercial — available at a single, trusted counter in every Indian village.

Our Vision

A rural India where geography no longer decides access — where a village counter can do everything a city branch, clinic or marketplace can.

Core Values

What we hold ourselves to

Trust

Every partner is trained, verified and accountable — because rural households are trusting us with their money and their time.

Accessibility

If a household can reach the village counter, they can reach every service we run.

Simplicity

One counter, one login, one ledger — no separate apps or hardware for every new service.

Impact

We measure success in incomes raised, time saved and access unlocked — not just transactions processed.
